Payment

Payment is accepted through PayPal,  a financial service that provides secure payment with Visa, Master Card, American Express or by bank transfer. (The customer does not pay any fees with this service.) If you haven’t used PayPal before, follow this link for information about how it works. If you prefer to send a check, please contact me. All prices are in US Dollars.

Shipping

Information on shipping, including holiday order cutoff dates, can be found by clicking ‘Shipping’ on the new PaperSynthesis shop page.

Complimentary gift wrap

Please let me know if you would like an item gift wrapped. (Click HERE for choices.) I would also be happy to include a message; simply include the details in the ‘Notes’ box when placing your order, or in an EMAIL.

Custom Orders

Inquiries about custom orders are welcome . . . you may wish to assemble a collection of complementary prints, design a unique set of postcards from images that you see offered as prints, or request a selection of accordion books for a special occasion. Please share your ideas and I will do my best to help you realize them.

Returns

Feel free to ask as many questions as you wish before ordering to help ensure that an item will meet your expectations.

If for some reason you are not happy with your order, please let me know immediately so that we can quickly resolve the issue. Items may be returned (to a US address), in their original condition, within 7 days. Unless an item is defective, return shipping fees are paid by the customer.
